In establishing an action plan these are our activities:
- we rank measured survey results into types of action, according to their priority;
- we distinguish actions on the basis of their nature: system-linked, process-linked, or for the development of skills;
- we distinguish quick wins from long-term actions based on their feasibility and time requirements.
Internally with the project owners we regularly monitor the implementation of actions. You can therefore rest assured that every survey provides a valuable contribution towards the realisation of your business goals.
